"I cannot recommend this service enough. My dog of 15 years (Meeko) experienced a sudden decline in his already failing health and I had to make the decision to let him go. It was a Sunday so I was grappling with the understanding that I might have to take Meeko to an animal hospital where I knew he would be terrified. Dr. Bearss was able to come out within a couple of hours. He was kind, compassionate, and very carefully explained the entire process. He assured me we would move at my pace when I was ready, and he was able to be both present and give me space at different points during the process. This decision is one of the hardest a person can make but having Dr. Bearss there for the process made it bearable. I really felt more at peace than I expected. He and Genny were both very responsive with communication afterwards too, as I had several follow-up questions they answered.
